Meanwhile, 11,471 people were wounded in Lebanon.
According to the Lebanese Health Ministry's statement after 27 days of Israeli aggression against Lebanon from mid-September when Israeli airstrikes escalated against Beirut and south of the country, more than 1,838 people have been killed.
The statement further added that in the past 48 hours, Israeli attacks killed 36 people and wounded 204 others including 11 people killed and 95 wounded in southern Beirut, 23 people killed and 93 wounded in Nabatieh, one killed and 9 wounded in Bekaa, and one killed and 12 wounded in Bekaa.
Gaza Casualtiues Passed 42,500
In Gaza, more than 42,519 people have been killed and 99,637 wounded in Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023.
On Saturday, at least 44 Palestinians were killed and more than 80 wounded in Israeli strikes in Jabalia and Maghazi refugee camps located north of Gaza.
Israeli airstrikes on Saturday night in Gaza killed 22 other people in Beit Lahia. Several people are missing at the time of this report (23:15 Gaza Local Time).
It is not clear yet the exact number of people who were killed on Saturday due to the intensification of Israeli airstrikes.
