Iran Press/Iran news: Talking in the inauguration of organization's meeting to evaluate the measures of children nutrition and health held in Tehran on Sunday, Iraj Harirchi said to Iran Press that we asked international organizations, like The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise their voices to protest against the US aggressive policies targeting Iran particularly the country's health sector.

"UNICEF has had significant cooperation with Iran, particularly during the recent devastating flood which hit many Iranian provinces," he added continuing: "We hope our cooperation increase in this regard."

He also went on to say that at the time that the US has withdrawn from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and imposed aggressive, inhumane sanctions against Iran and other nations, many countries opposed this policy and believe we should stand up to America.
