Iran Press/ Iran News: The conference on exposing American human rights was held today in the former US embassy in Tehran with the participation of the Member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament, Abolfazl Amouei, the legal deputy of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Sohrab-Ali Shamkhani, the Commander of the Judiciary Mobilization and Iran's Deputy Attorney-General Saeed Omrani.
Sohrab-Ali Shamkhani added that shooting down Flight 655, an Iranian passenger plane, sanctioning the Islamic Republic, and assassinating the international hero of the fight against terrorism, Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, were among the US crimes against Iran.
Referring to the Iraqi Saddam regime's incitement to attack Kuwait by the United States, he said: "The United States used this as an excuse to attack Iraq. By invading Iraq, the US destroyed the country's infrastructure and kept the country under siege for 10 years, and 500,000 Iraqi children were harmed by the sanctions."
Sohrab-Ali Shamkhani underlined that the Americans trained groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS and provided them weapons to pursue their sinister goals in West Asia.
He noted that the propagation in the cyberspace of Iran and other countries was designed by the US in such a way that no one would say that there are 6 million homeless in the United States.
He pointed out that the Americans launched more than 94 wars and coups in other countries since 1901; they waged war from Colombia to Afghanistan and killed 20 million innocent people after World War II.
