Iran Press/ Iran News: Saeed Khatibzadeh, the Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman in an interview called the European Countries' measures towards the US demand to reimpose UN sanctions against Iran "opposition to the US" than a "support for Iran" in JCPOA and said: "The opposition of these 13 European countries showed the US Isolation in international society."
Khatibzadeh referred to the US persistence demand to reimpose the lifted sanctions against Iran as "an act out of desperation" and affirmed that the US received a big "NO" and became more "isolated".
The spokesman for the Iranian foreign affairs emphasized that Iran's steps to reduce its commitments to the 2015 Nuclear deal are in the framework of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), signed by the United Nations and also in response to Europe's incapability to meet the Iranian needs in the deal.
Khatibzadeh considered restoring the sanctions and maximum pressure by the US inconsistent with the JCPOA and also an illegal and anti-human rights' action.
The Iranian newly-appointed spokesman for the ministry of Foreign affairs referred to the US 2020 presidential election as an inconsiderable event for Iran and said: While this election matters for many countries and has regional and international impacts, Iran is among the few sovereign countries which its policy doesn't depend on who takes the US oval office.
Khatibzadeh added: "It is unlikely that Trump would be able to unify the world against Iran in the future because the United States has lost its political, economic and military hegemony in different countries of the world."
Iran's FM Spokesman pointed to the new efforts made by some Zionist- Arab lobbies and said: "The 'Resistance Movement' in the region is so strong that the US and its ignoble allies hard work against it has not led to any real success so far."
