Iran Press/West Asia: Israeli police arrested three individuals on Sunday for launching flash bombs at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence in northern Israel.
On Saturday, two flash bombs landed in the garden of Netanyahu’s house in Caesarea. Neither Netanyahu nor his family were home, and no damage was reported.
The Israeli regime's media reported that three individuals were arrested in connection with the incident, but they did not disclose any details about their identities.
Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that one of the arrested suspects is a senior reserve officer, specifically a brigadier general, who has been involved in protests against Netanyahu's government over the past two years.
Saturday’s incident occurred nearly a month after a Hezbollah drone strike on the same home on October 19. Netanyahu and his family were not in the house at that time either.
Regional tensions have escalated due to Israel’s offensive on the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in nearly 43,800 deaths, primarily among women and children, since last year.
The conflict has escalated to Lebanon, with Israel conducting deadly strikes across the country, marking an intensification of a year of cross-border warfare between Israel and Hezbollah that began with the onset of the Gaza war. 219
