West Asia (IP): Thousands of Palestinians offered Friday prayers in al-Aqsa Mosque despite all the restrictions imposed by the Zionist regime.

Iran Press/ West Asia: According to Iran Press News Agency, 20,000 Palestinian worshipers participated in the Friday prayer today in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The soldiers of the Zionist regime attacked the worshipers with pepper spray when they left the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Zionists attacked a Palestinian woman in the area of Bab al-Asbat leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque and brutally beat another Palestinian near the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Earlier, "Al-Akram Sabri", the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, warned about the Zionist regime's decision to impose new restrictions on the entry of Muslims into Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan.

With less than two weeks left until the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, the Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime asked the members of Netanyahu's cabinet to allow only people over 70 years old living in Quds and the territories of 1948 to enter Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month.

According to this controversial plan, residents of other areas of the West Bank cannot enter Al-Aqsa Mosque under any circumstances.

Since the beginning of the war in the Gaza Strip on October 7, the Zionist regime has imposed many restrictions on the entry of Palestinians to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Al-Aqsa Mosque, as the main symbol of the Islamic-Palestinian identity of the city of Al-Quds, has always been the target of the destructive actions of the Quds occupying regime. 204
