Iran Press/ Iran news: IRGC Chief Commander, Major-General Hossein Salami today met with Sheikh Naeem Qasim, Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, praising the intelligence and authority of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, calling Hezbollah an honorable power and guarantor of the Lebanese people's security.
Major-General Salami said: "We are witnessing the expansion of power in the axis of resistance, and the enemy of the resistance is declining."
Major-General Salami also said that the recent epic move of Hezbollah in Lebanon to stop the Zionist army showed the new prime minister of the regime that the equations will be determined elsewhere.
Emphasizing the continuation of the support of the Islamic Revolution and the Iranian nation for the Lebanese resistance, the IRGC chief commander stated: "Hezbollah is not just a military force, but it is the main support of the Lebanese people, and it has a high spiritual status among all the people of this country."
Sheikh Naeem Qasim, in this meeting, also appreciated the support of the Iranian nation, especially the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps, for the Lebanese Islamic Resistance and said: "Hezbollah and the Lebanese people owe their achievements and success to the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the sacrifices of the martyrs and fighters of the resistance, especially martyr Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani.
Sheikh Naeem Qasim added: "Despite some problems and the efforts of the enemies to impose sanctions and put pressure on Lebanon and destroy the security of its people, we have been able to protect our position and environment.
