Tehran (IP) - The Niavaran Cultural Center and the Finnish Embassy in Tehran signed a memorandum of understanding to facilitate, strengthen and expand cultural and artistic cooperations, and in the first step, agreed to hold an exhibition of works by a famous Finnish architect.
