Based n official statistics, the ambassador said, the volume of mutual transactions has substantially increased in the post-JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) era while the figure stood at 175 million dollars in 2015 and 270 million dollars in 2016.
The Iranian envoy made the remarks in a ceremony marking Norouz (the start of New Year in Iran) attended by some cultural and academic officials and managers.
Referring to signing of a 500-million-euro document for investment in Iran and other agreements reached between the two countries on intellectual property, Moradian said 'We will soon witness further boost in economic relations between the two countries.'
The residing of 26,000 Iranian nationals in Denmark and their high level of education and their acceptance by the Danish society, have played an effective role in the expansion of Tehran- Copenhagen relationship.
Also present in the ceremony were Qader Quorbani Asl, the representative of the Iranian ministries of health, medical education and treatment, and science and technology, as well as some professors and students of Persian language and literature at the Copenhagen University.
