Tehran (IP)- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman has expressed regret over the crash of a helicopter on a kindergarten in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv that killed a number of citizens including Ukraine's interior minister and two children.

Ukraine's Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, 42, died alongside his first deputy minister and state secretary. Seventeen people died when the helicopter came down in Brovary around 08:30 local time (06:30 GMT), including four children, authorities said.
