Gaza Strip (IP) – Torrential rain and storms have ravaged the makeshift tents housing Palestinian refugees along the southern shores of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip, leaving hundreds in desperate need of relief.

Iran Press/West Asia: Heavy rains, accompanied by strong winds and rising sea levels, have destroyed the only shelter for many families living in the coastal areas of Khan Younis. Refugees, already grappling with the aftermath of conflict, now face yet another crisis in their battle for survival.

The dire conditions have been compounded by the ongoing blockade and genocide in Gaza. Refugees report severe shortages of food, clean water, and essential supplies. The arrival of winter has only worsened their plight, with freezing temperatures, inadequate heating, and a lack of fuel pushing many to the brink.
