Iran Press/Iran news: Bahrain's most prominent and senior Shia cleric Shaikh Issa Ghasem advised seminary students, religious scholars and clerics in Qom to adopt the same approach and to tread the same path as the founder of the Islamic Republic, the late Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace), and his successor Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

Addressing Islamic scholars, clerics and seminary students on Saturday night in the holy city of Qom, Bahrain's top religious scholar and Shia cleric Shaikh Issa Ghasem urged the audience to 'lead the Islamic Ummah from a moral and ethical perspective, lead the Islamic Ummah from the moral high ground'.
According to an Iran Press report, Shaikh Issa Ghasem emphasized that the Islamic seminary plays a prominent role in guiding the people and society towards God and that the weakening of the seminary school would be akin to weakening religion, and strengthening of the seminary school would amount to a strengthening of religion.

Bahrain's most prominent Shia cleric emphasized that Islamic Ulemas (or religious scholars) should make sure that all their deeds and affairs entail the consent for Allah (result in divine consent).
