Spain is set to vote Tuesday on a royal decree imposing a full arms embargo on Israel, according to El País. The measure would ban all direct and indirect military transactions and may declare Prime Minister Netanyahu and key ministers personae non grata. It builds on a 2024 bill pushed by the left-wing Sumar alliance.
