Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at a conference titled "The Status of Science and Technology in Sacred Defense," advisor and senior aide for armed forces affairs to Iran's Leader, Major-General Yahya Rahim Safavi, said that as a whole, about nine hundred scientific papers were submitted for this conference and one third of them were accepted, and today we will hold a specialized meeting in various fields.
Iran's top military official added: "Today, we hope that in the summary of the papers that will be presented, we will be able to examine to some extent the status of science and technology and its effect on the victories of the Sacred Defense and the sacred defense itself."
Senior Aid for the Leader of the Revolution said: "We emerged victorious in the sacred war period, whose honor is that its Leader is a completely eligible authority of the Islamic law, who ruled both the war and the world. The influence of his words sent two million to the fronts. Undoubtedly, the military knowledge of our commanders was higher than the Iraqi commanders."
We were able to win big operations like Khorramshahr, which showed the genius of the commanders, not at the level of higher commanders, but in the commanders of the divisions.
Just as we have won eight years of holy defense with science and technology, let us use the same experiences of sacred defense and practical application of science to solve the country's problems through science and wisdom.
