Yemeni army troops hit Saudi mercenaries and their military vehicles in Asir of Jizan.

Iran PressMiddle East: Yemeni army troops backed by popular committees on Tuesday destroyed a military vehicle carrying Saudi army’s soldiers in Asir province of Saudi Arabia. 

A military source said that the engineering unit of the army and popular committees destroyed a military vehicle carrying mercenaries in Abwab Al-Hadeed, killing and wounding all their crews, Yemen Press reported.

Meanwhile, 10 of aggression’s forces were shot down eastern Adoud mountain over the past hours.

Also on Wednesday, Yemeni snipers shot dead a commander of the Saudi-led coalition and his companion east of al-Doud mountain in the same province.

Later in the day, a number of other Saudi mercenaries were either killed or wounded after an improvised explosive device, planted by the Yemeni army, exploded in Maris area of Yemen’s south-central province Dhale.

Early on Thursday, several Qasef-2K (Striker-2K) drones conducted airstrikes against vital targets in King Khalid Air Base in Asir.

According to estimates by the US-based Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED), the Saudi-led war has killed about 100,000 Yemenis since March 2015. 213/208
