Iran Press/ Middle East: In a statement, the information office of the Iraqi Prime Minister said that in this call, bilateral relations, ways of cooperation and a number of regional and international issues of common interest related to the two countries were discussed.
In this conversation, Bin Salman and Al-Sudani emphasized the continuation of mutual cooperation in various fields and economic and investment sectors within the framework of the coordination council of the two countries, a council that is responsible for increasing the level of cooperation and realizing the interests of the two nations and their desire for stability and further development.
Last week, Al-Sudani met with Saudi Minister of Commerce Majid al-Qasabi and his accompanying delegation in Baghdad and discussed the development of partnership with Saudi Arabia in various sectors, especially in the economic and investment fields, along with cooperation in the field of energy, coordination in dealing with the consequences of climate change and the efforts made to prevent its effects on the region. 219
