Bilateral cooperation between Russia and North Korea is aiding both nations in minimizing the impact of unjust Western sanctions, as stated by Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov to the Izvestiya news outlet.

Iran Press/Asia: "While restrictions are present, mechanisms for enhancing sovereign relations exist. Engaging such mechanisms helps mitigate the adverse effects of these unlawful sanctions imposed on our countries," Peskov explained.

"The necessity to establish such mechanisms is under discussion during Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to North Korea," he further noted.
