Iran Press/ Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Mahmoud Vaezi said that Iran had been seeking to release its blocked assets in Japan and South Korea from the very beginning.
Chief of Staff of Presidential Office stated: "To release Iran's blocked assets in Japan and South Korea, necessary steps have been taken."
The US Department of State has declared that it has lifted some of its trade sanctions against Iran in order to give Iran access to its blocked assets in Japan and South Korea.
