Iran Press/ Iran news: 51 teams from 15 provinces participated in the competition.
Attending the event, Hassan Haddadpour, vice president of research and technology and member of the academic faculty of Sharif University of Technology said: "The space industry has a tremendous impact on the future of mankind."
He further added: "The point is that many countries in the world have taken the space program seriously."
Haddadpour stated: "The importance of holding the design and construction of cubic satellite competition is that it helps team building and interaction of space industry enthusiasts."
