Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) said that Iran has reached a point where it can cooperate with other countries to build measurement satellites.

Iran PressIran news: Isa Zarepour told Iran Press on the sidelines of the cabinet session on Wednesday that Iran now seeks to find markets for the space knowledge of its space experts.

It was in early January that another space report was released; for the first time in the history of the Islamic Republic, three Iranian satellites were launched into space by the Iranian-made satellite carrier 'Simorgh'.

The Simorgh satellite carrier, which was built by Iran's Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, successfully placed the Mahda satellite and two nanosatellites, Keyhan 2 and Hatef 1, from the Imam Khomeini (RA) base into an elliptical orbit with a minimum altitude of 450 km and a maximum altitude of 1100 km.

Mahda, Keyhan-2, and Hatef-1 were the satellites that were successfully put into the Earth's orbit as the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution's victory approaches.
