"We are not against some countries, for example, Europeans. I did not mention them in the priorities, but we have no enmity with them, the reason is that they did not treat us well, in their oil policy, using fake names [for our geographic places], and mistreated us for human rights. They are among the priorities if they do not have this bad behavior. They are also among the cases in which communication with them is a priority for us, of course, there are several countries where we do not forget their hostile behavior."
