Tehran (IP) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian issued a scathing criticism of Israel and the United States on Sunday, because of having hypocrisy in their claims of promoting democracy, human rights, and freedom while engaging in "barbaric actions."

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at a national event, Pezeshkian questioned how Israel could speak of values like democracy and human rights while carrying out brutal policies. "Which awake conscience can accept that the Zionists speak of democracy, human rights, and freedom while committing the most savage acts?" he asked.

Pezeshkian also extended his criticism to the United States and its regional allies, condemning the violence and terror that have been perpetrated in the region. "The number of people they've killed, and the terror operations carried out by the U.S. and its gang in the region, is incomparable to others," he stated, pointing to a broader pattern of destabilization and aggression.

Determination to Rebuild Iran

Despite the significant external pressures, Pezeshkian stressed Iran’s resolve to overcome challenges and rebuild. "They have put us in a situation where we cannot develop Iran, but we are determined to build it," he declared, reaffirming the government's commitment to national growth despite external interference.
