Iran Press/ Iran News: In response to Iran Press question on the role of knowledge-based companies in treating and providing community's health and their role in the use of up-to-date stem cell knowledge, Sorena Sattari noted: "During the COVID-19 pandemic, the knowledge-based companies gained significant achievements and right now Iran is no longer importing anti-coronavirus products.”
Sattari said that Iran had produced 98 percent of its medicines and can meet the country's needs.
"In the immediate future, Iran's knowledge-based companies that are active in the vaccine production field will produce the home-made anti-corona vaccine," Sattari stressed.
"Many private companies that are active in medical and laboratory products have focused on producing indigenous coronavirus vaccine," Vice President for Science and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sattrai added.
The unveiling ceremony of specialized accelerators, stem cells, reconstructive medicine, and knowledge-based companies' products was held at Tehran University of Medical Sciences with the presence of Vice President for Science and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sorena Sattari on Feb 8th, 2021 on Monday morning.
