Iran Press/ Africa: Hello Commander is a song addressing the Promised Savior Imam Mahdi (AS). The music has attracted Iranian children and is getting viral on social media.
In a part of the song, children promise Imam Mahdi that they will tread on the path of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, the Islamic Revolution Guard's Corps' Quds Force commander assassinated by the United States in Iraq in 2020.
The song was the first broadcast on Iran's national television on March 20 this year, after the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, delivered a televised Persian New Year speech. Since then, the song has been performed in schools and on national public occasions as a support for the Islamic Republic.
On May 26, 100,000 people jampacked Tehran's Azadi Stadium to sing the song.

The choir has so far been performed in Turkish, Urdu, and Arabic, English.
Although the song was made in the Farsi language, some Nigerian schools in Abuja, Kano, and Darazo have mixed Farsi and Hausa languages in singing the song.
Muslim Nasir Hassan, a primary school pupil in Bauchi State, said, "I love Salam Farmandeh song because it is for Imam Mahdi and Sayyed Khamenei. General Qasem Solaimani was also mentioned in the song. We promise to stay in the path of Imam Mahdi and Sayyed Khamenei."
Muhammad Sani Barakallah, the Head of Fudiyyah Nursery and primary school Bauchi, told Iran Press immediately after his students sang the song in Bauchi State that "The essence of participating in this type of competition is to inculcate the spirit of resistance as being seen in the path of Ayatollah Khomeini, , and Mu'allim Zakzaky as a model. This is the essence of encouraging the small children so that they will have that ability to maintain the spirit of resistance."
