Iran Press/ Africa: The authorities in the state said the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) had approved only 15 stories to be built, but the owner added six more stories which resulted in the collapse.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho, said the government would surely punish those involved in violating the law (of the building).
