The rallies highlighted not only the call for Palestinian self-determination but also widespread outrage at the complicity of Western governments in Israel’s genocidal campaign.
The events were spearheaded by anti-war organizations and pro-Palestinian advocacy groups, supported by justice and peace activists from diverse backgrounds. Participants organized special educational programs aimed at raising awareness of the Western governments' role in aiding Israel’s policies of oppression and ethnic cleansing.
