Iran Press/Middle East: Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivered a speech on the occasion of the national media conference about the role of the media in the Sword of Al-Quds battle.
The most highlighted parts of his speech are as follow:
*** There is a dire need to develop the capabilities of the Axis of Resistance on the media front, just as we have developed our military capabilities.
*** One of the goals of our enemies is to make us forget Palestine.
*** Israel cannot exist without the U.S. That is why we do not differentiate between them. A massacre conducted by Israel is just as American as it is Israeli.
*** One of the qualities of Resistance media is honesty and transparency. That is why you'd find that Zionist settlers believe our media more than theirs. This is the result of years of consistency on the right path. They were able to see that we kept our promises.
*** Within 12 days, the Resistance in Gaza was able to set a new equation. This equation requires the development of the media front, for it is the gateway for people to see what is happening on the battlefields.
*** We do not exaggerate or rely on illusions when facing our enemy. When we say that Israel will be eradicated, we say this based on evidence and truth. The Sword of al-Quds battle has made Al-Quds's freedom closer than ever.
*** There are no civilians in the occupying Zionist entity; they are all settlers and colonizers.
*** What makes the Resistance media stand out is our awareness of the enemy's weaknesses and speaking in accordance, and our understanding of their strengths, which we do not deny but work on weakening them.
*** The Resistance media did not only help make the recent victory in Gaza happen; they played a crucial role in this accomplishment. This victory would have gone in vain without this media.
*** The enemy was desperate even to create the illusion that they were victorious, but they failed, and our media was able to show the truth of the victory of the Resistance.
*** The Resistance victories are genuine, and we should depend on those victories as the founding ground to move forward. We should not beat ourselves up. Instead, we should find solutions to fill the gaps we may have to help improve our media more.
*** We should benefit from each other's experiences in improving our media performance, just as we benefit from each other's expertise in the military.
*** We need to also benefit from the incredible opportunity we have, which is social media. Every person in this Ummah can become a spokesperson and deliver the truth to the world.
*** Several surveys prove the efficiency of social media outlets. If the enemy can block websites and television channels, they have less control over censoring the words of the masses on social media platforms.
*** In Iraq, they call the people of the Resistance "tails of Iran." If you are not a traitor and believe that Iraq's resources belong to the Iraqis, you are called a tail!
*** We are subject to an aggressive media war that requires us to improve our capabilities. Several Arab media channels tried to portray a Zionist victory to the masses upon the bodies of the Palestinian people.
*** Cooperation between all sides and acting upon a unified plan is crucial during the coming times. Our media rhetoric should come from the events occurring in our region.
*** The ones enforcing sanctions and besiegement on our countries want our people to lose all interest in the Palestinian cause. They aim to concern our people with finding food and drink and leaving no room in their minds and hearts for Palestine.
*** We are required to work on both paths; Palestine and our internal issues. Our people in Lebanon should not overlook the real reasons behind our crisis, one of which is the system in Lebanon, not just establishing the cabinet, which is a reflection of this flawed system
*** The American ambassador to Lebanon who sheds "alligator tears" and dictates upon the Lebanese people what they should do is whose administration prevents Lebanon from getting any aid.
*** The politicians in Lebanon are afraid of the American veto. They are afraid of being put on America's "Blocked Persons" list. Doesn't Lebanon, who sacrificed its purest men & women, deserve that these politicians sacrifice too to be put on those lists of honor?!
*** The Lebanese people need to realize that America is behind the sanctions and crises they face today.
*** Our people shall remain patient and be wise during those times, for America's goal is to turn the people against the Resistance.- We are approaching the anniversary of the painful disaster of the Beirut explosion, and revealing the truth of what happened does not seem to be near.
*** We need to know the results of the investigations. Was there an Israeli missile? Was the Resistance storing weapons there? They should at least tell the families of the victims how their children were killed.
*** We reject any political interference in the process of the investigations of the port explosion.
*** Those next couple of days and the upcoming meetings should determine the fate of the establishment of the cabinet.
