Iran Press/West Asia: In a ceremony for Arbaeen (40 days after martyrdom) of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Late Secretary-General of Hezbollah Resistance Movement, Sheikh Naim Qassem, Hezbollah Chief in a live TV address in remembering Martyr Nasrallah said: "Sayyed Nasrallah established an organization of free people for Resistance."
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was Hezbollah's secretary-general since 1992 and played a key role in the Lebanese resistance movement, especially in confrontations with the Israeli enemy, was assassinated and martyred in an Israeli airstrike in a southern suburb of Beirut on September 27, 2024.
"Hezbollah is an organized structure that has extension in all cultural, political, Jihadi, social, educational, and medical fields in Lebanon and guided by martyr Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah", Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary General of Hezbollah said.
Sheikh Naim Qassem said that Sayyed Nasrallah has revived Hezbollah both in his life and through martyrdom and added that He will remain with Hezbollah and will continue the resistance.
Gaza Resistance Will Defeat Israeli Enemy
Sheikh Qassem hailed support fronts Iraq, Yemen, and the Islamic Republic of Iran and said: Despite more than 43,000 martyrs and 100,000 injuries Gaza stands firm, steady, and will defeat the Israeli enemy.
"Netanyahu’s adventurous actions expanded from the border of Gaza and Lebanon and he threatened entire region of the Middle East," Sheikh Qassem added.
Hezbollah Ready for a Long-Term Battle with Zionists
Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the Israeli enemy plotted pager attacks and the assassination of senior leaders of Hezbollah failed, reminding that Netanyahu expected to crush Hezbollah, invade Lebanon, and change the Middle East structure but he failed to approach his goals.
"The Israeli enemy’s achievements is a brutal genocide by aerial bombardments supported by unlimited US weapons, Hezbollah's Secretary-General said, adding that Netanyahu should know that on the battlefield we have tens of thousands of fighters and military capabilities that are enough for long-term battle.
One of the ceasefire conditions is to stop aggression
Sheikh Qassem said that the basis of any negotiation for any ceasefire is to stop the aggression and to fully protect the Lebanese sovereignty, stressed that: "We call on the Lebanese Army to inform us about its stance regarding the Israeli violation in Batroun, and the role of the UNIFIL because Israeli enemy attacks to Batroun is a great offense to Lebanon and a violation of its sovereignty.
