Iran Press/ Europe: Choe Son Hui, who has traveled to Moscow, told Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Friday that Pyongyang had taken steps to build trust with the US, but what it had received in return was a betrayal from Washington.
Earlier, the head of North Korean negotiating team had said that it was impossible to resume talks with the US' hostile approach to Pyongyang.
So far, three rounds of talks between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have been held in Singapore, Vietnam and the border of North and South Korea, which have failed because of Washington's non-compliance with its obligations to Pyongyang.
