Numerous Moroccans participated in demonstrations and protest gatherings to denounce the actions of the Zionist regime against the oppressed Palestinian population and to show support for the residents of Gaza.

Iran Press/Africa: Following Friday prayers, a multitude of individuals across the nation engaged in demonstrations and protest marches, condemning the Israeli military's destruction of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip. They also expressed solidarity with the people of Gaza in their resistance against the injustices perpetrated by the Israeli occupation regime.

As per the report, these demonstrations and protest marches took place for the 65th consecutive week in various Moroccan cities such as Tetouan, Tangier, Dar El Baida, Taza, Anzac, and Agadir, following the invitation of the Moroccan group "Support for the Issues of the Islamic Ummah."

The demonstrators expressed strong disapproval of the Israeli army's attacks on hospitals and healthcare workers in the Gaza Strip, cautioning about the ongoing conflict and its repercussions on the Palestinian cause.

They chanted slogans calling for continued support for the Palestinian cause and appreciated the work of medical teams in Gaza in providing aid to the wounded and sick Palestinians.

Additionally, the demonstrators called for the cessation of the blockade on Gaza, the provision of humanitarian assistance, and the annulment of agreements that normalize their nation's ties with the Israeli government.

With the assistance of the United States, Israel has initiated widespread assaults on Gaza starting from October 7, 2023, resulting in the loss of 45,658 Palestinian lives, notably women and children.

During this period, 70 percent of the homes and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip have been severely damaged, and the pitiful siege and severe humanitarian crisis, along with unprecedented famine and hunger, threaten the lives of the residents of this region.
