According to Iranpress, the people of Istanbul held a rally of millions of people in support of Palestine on Sunday evening and holding anti-American and anti-Zionist placards and the Palestinian flag, they voiced solidarity and sympathy with the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The demonstrators in Istanbul also condemned the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip and the killing of oppressed Palestinian women and children.
In response to Iranpress's question, one of the demonstrators in Istanbul said: "We are all united and with the Palestinian people, and if they allow me now, I am ready to go to battle with the Zionists with my children."
Another supporter of Palestine in Istanbul told Iranpress: "Palestine means Islam and Israel is at war with Islam and at war with God, and it will surely be burnt in the fire of the war it has started."
The leaders of some Turkish parties, including Temel Karamollaoğlu, the leader of The Felicity Party (Turkish: Saadet Partisi), and Ahmet Davutoğlu, the leader of The Future Party (Turkish: Gelecek Partisi, GP , spoke at a gathering of millions of supporters of Palestine in Istanbul, and by condemning the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, they urged the Muslims of the world to unite against the obvious cruelty of the Zionists.
Temel Karamollaoğlu, the leader of The Felicity Party (Turkish: Saadet Partisi), said:
"America has come to the region by ship and plane, and by creating space, it wants to show itself as the right side in the midst of the killing of the Palestinian people."
Ahmet Davutoğlu, the leader of The Future Party (Turkish: Gelecek Partisi, GP, also said at the gathering of supporters of Palestine in Istanbul: "The Palestinian issue cannot be resolved through negotiation and dialogue, and it should be practically entered into the field."
