Iran Press/ Asia: On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani, a number of young Turkish people considered the regional role of this figure impressive.
Today is the third martydome anniversary of Lt. Gen. Soleimani. On January 3, 2020, this brave Iranian commander was targeted by a missile attack by American drones at Baghdad International Airport on the order of Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, while entering Iraq for a business trip.
In an interview with Iran Press News Agency on the occasion of the third anniversary of Lt. Gen. Soleimani's martyrdom, these Turkish youths stressed that it was natural for the freedom-loving youth of Türkiye who want the end of this hegemony to follow a great personality like Lt. Gen. Soleimani.
Turkish freedom-loving youth stated that Soleimani is not only a martyr for Iranians, but this diligent commander is a martyr of all the world's oppressed and freedom-loving nations; he is a real hero.
