Malaysia and Pakistan on Tuesday strongly condemned the raids and airstrikes carried out by the Israeli forces since Monday in Jenin in the occupied West Bank, which martyred more than 10 Palestinians and injured some 50 others.

Iran press/ Asia: In a statement on Tuesday (July 4), the Malaysian government demanded Tel Aviv stop the bloodshed immediately and allow unimpeded access for the people in Jenin to humanitarian and healthcare services.

"Malaysia also once again calls on the United Nations Security Council and members of the international community to demand the Zionist regime halt its heinous crimes against humanity as well as apartheid policies against the Palestinians in the interest of peace and stability," the statement said.

"Malaysia continues to stand firm by our principled position that the Palestinians deserve their own independent and sovereign state, based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital,” it added.

Pakistan's Foreign Office spokesperson said in a statement, "This latest episode of violence against the occupied people of Palestine by the occupying power must end immediately."

The spokesperson reiterated Pakistan’s calls for the international community to assume its responsibility for bringing these brutal and illegal actions by the Zionist regime forces to a halt and to ensure the protection of the human rights of the Palestinian people.

“Pakistan reaffirms its strong and unwavering support to the legitimate struggle of the Palestinian people for the full realization of their rights and freedoms – including the right to self-determination. We also renew our call for a viable, independent, and contiguous Palestinian State, with pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, in accordance with the relevant United Nations and OIC resolutions,” the spokesperson added.
