The President of Iran criticized the passive behavior of America and Western countries after the Zionist attack on the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Damascus and the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement in Tehran.
America and Western countries support a regime that does not adhere to any international laws and regulations and has not committed any criminal acts in the region with a contradictory and dual approach, Pezeshkian added. And, regrettably, they call on the countries that are the target of such actions to not respond and exercise restraint.
He stressed that the region and the world will not see stability, security, and peace as long as the Zionist regime, with the political, financial, weapons, and media support of the United States and Western countries, carries out genocide, crime, and terror.
