Iran Press/ Middle East: A suicide bomber struck a crowded mosque inside a police compound in Pakistan on Monday, causing the roof to collapse and killing at least 59 people and wounding more than 150 others, officials said.
In its statement, while offering condolences for the martyrdom of a group of worshipers, Hezbollah said: "The insistence of Takfiri groups on committing horrific crimes and targeting the security and stability of Muslim countries requires the cooperation of Islamic countries to fight against killers who falsely pretend to be religious."
In the end, Hezbollah called for the redoubled efforts of the Pakistani government in establishing security and pursuing criminals and dealing with their terrorism.
According to statistics, more than 500 terrorist attacks have been recorded in Pakistan in 2022. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for most of these attacks.
This group recently announced the end of the ceasefire after the failure of negotiations with Islamabad. The northern regions, especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan in the south, have seen the most conflicts and terrorist attacks in recent months. 219
