Iran Press/ Iran news: In the telephone conversation with the spokesman for the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, Mohammad Abdul Salam, Ali Akbar Velayati said: "The Yemeni Ansarullah movement has played a very important role in the development of the Yemeni people movement, and you have heavy responsibilities and you have also made many victories and we hope every soon the desired goals and more victories are achieved."
Velayati also announced the holding of a virtual meeting with the presence of Islamic thinkers, scholars, and freedom seekers of the world by the World Assembly of Islamic Awakening in support of Yemenis against the aggression of the enemies.
Mohammad Abdul Salam for his part said: "We always appreciate Iran's positions in defense of the Islamic Ummah, especially Palestine, and we trust the role of Iran in supporting the resistance, including against the aggression of the Zionist regime."
"I will convey your message to Abdul Malik al-Houthi and we hope that meetings will be held soon to develop relations between us," Abdul Salam added.
