Iran Press/ Middle East: Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine stressed that it proudly and carefully has followed Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei's address on International Quds Day, noting: "Remarks by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution had an extensive reflection on the hearts and souls of the resistance warriors and boosted the morale of the Palestinian nation to liberate Quds and perform prayers in al-Aqsa Mosque."
The organization in his official statement admired the Leader's remarks which included the pioneer Islamic position taking in backing the Palestinian cause and supporting the intifada inflamed in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Beit-ul-Moqaddas in the holy month of Ramadhan also known as the continuation of such braveries.
The statement noted: "Leader's remarks had a wide and powerful reflection in the hearts and souls of the resistance warriors and fighters, and raised the spirit of the Palestinian people and the freedom-seeking men of the Muslim Ummah who had been eager to liberate Al-Quds and Palestine and offered prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque."
The statement added: "The remarks of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, who addressed the Arab youth and the Palestinian freedom-seekers in Arabic and directly, reflect the clear message of the Islamic Republic of Iran that it has not changed its position and has continued to support Palestine and its heroic resistance. "
"The Islamic Republic of Iran has remained steadfast in this position since the beginning of the formation of the Islamic Revolution until today and still insists on this issue as a religious duty and obligation," highlighted the statement.
At the end of its statement, the Islamic Jihad Movement emphasized its great appreciation of Iran and the Leader, the continuation of jihad and resistance until the enemy would be repulsed, the Palestinian land and holy places were liberated and the refugees returned.
