Iran Press/ Iran news: On the eve of June 28, which marks the martyrdom anniversary of Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, Iranian jurist, philosopher, cleric, and politician, and 72 of his companions and the Judicial Day of Iran, the president, officials, and a group of judges and employees of the judicial system met with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution this morning (Tuesday).
In the terrorist act of June 28, 1981, Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, the head of the Supreme Court of Iran, and 72 officials of the Judicial system were martyred by the bombing of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO).
After the terrorist act, June 21 to 27 has been named 'Judiciary Week' in the Islamic Republic of Iran calendar.
