Iran Press/Iran news: Referring to the closed-door session of the Majlis on Sunday morning, several MPs also delivered speeches at the podium and made various comments.
Larijani said the main reasons why Major General Salami was invited to the Majlis was for MPs to get to know him better, and to find out his points of view about the future of IRGC, how the IRGC can be further strengthened, and his analysis about the current situation in the region.
The top commander of the IRGC also briefed MPs about the strategic planning of the IRGC and its future development.
Other senior IRGC commanders attending the Majlis session on Sunday morning were Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the head of the aerospace division of the IRGC, Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour, the top commander of the ground forces of the IRGC, and Admiral Ali-Reza Tangsiri, the top commander of the IRGC Navy.
