Iran Press/Iran news: All aid and rescue workers in Ilam province are in a state of high alert following warnings by weather forecasters of heavy downpours and possible flash floods in the province.
A state of emergency has also been declared in the neighbouring province of Khuzestan, which lies to the south of Ilam, amid the threat of new flooding, Iran Press reported.
