Yōko Kamikawa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, in her meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on the sidelines of the second Global Refugee Forum 2023 in Geneva, pointed out the old and deep-rooted relations between the two countries and added: "Japan is interested in developing bilateral relations with Iran and Dialogues and joint consultations are supported for this purpose."
