Iran Press/ Middle East: After Joe Biden's visit to occupied Palestine last Wednesday (July 13, 2022), Israeli fighter jets on Saturday morning targeted various areas of the Gaza Strip, including a resistance headquarters, with about 10 missiles.
In an interview with the Iran Press reporter in Gaza, Fawzi Barhoum stated that the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip after Biden's visit to occupied Palestine confirm that the US has allowed the Israeli regime to act against the Palestinian people in the military, political and financial fields.
He said that considering the apparent support of the US to the Israeli regime, relying on the US government to stop attacks and settlements, end the occupation and grant the rights of the Palestinian people is nothing more than a mirage.
Fawzi Barhoum noted that the only way to end the Israeli regime's attacks and settlements is to trust and believe in the resistance and unity of the Palestinian people and resistance groups against the occupation.
He underlined that the unity of the Palestinians in the framework of armed action is necessary to confront the Israeli occupation.
