Iran Press/West Asia: Israeli occupation military forces launched ground aggression on Syrian territories and took over the entirety of the Golan, including the Syrian side of Mount Hermon.
In a recent development, Israeli Tanks launched an aggression into eastward taking over the buffer zone in the same area and Israeli tanks advanced the town of Qunaitra and now established a fortified military offensive line on the outskirts of the Damascus countryside.
According to the Al Mayadeen report, Israeli tanks are now positioned 3 km away from the city of Qatna in the capital's countryside, nearly 20 km away from Damascus.
Until Wednesday, Israeli forces have occupied several towns and villages, including Aarna, Baqa'sm, al-Reemeh, Hinah, Qal'a, Jandal, al-Husseiniyah, Jita, and al-Khashab in the southern countryside of Damascus.
It came after, the Israeli military in 48 hours of military aggression attacked over 320 targets across all of Syria and destroyed all Syrian Army bases.
Wave after wave of airstrikes began late Saturday carried out by Israeli fighter jets and drones targeted Syrian airbases, military bases, navy bases, vessels, air defense sites, weapon depots, and weapon production sites in Damascus, Homs, Tartus, Latakia, and Palmyra.
Analysts believed that Israel destroyed more than 80 percent of the Syrian strategic military capabilities and nothing remained from the Syrian Army.
