Iran Press/ Asia: The Taliban reported on Saturday a blast in the Security District 3 in the west of the capital Kabul; one woman was killed and three others were wounded in the explosion.
The Taliban Security Forces Spokesman, Khaled Zedran, said the blast reportedly targeted a bus.
