Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking at the inauguration of national projects of the Ministry of Defense where the Dena destroyer and Shahin minesweeper joined the Navy of the Iranian Army, Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi said: “The successes and honors of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially the Navy in defending are the integrity of Islamic Iran and the realization of the ideals of the revolution made of independence, self-sufficiency and the production of combat power to strengthen national and all Iranian security."
The Commander of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: "The progress of the Navy of Iran's Army has been achieved in complete self-sufficiency while being under various pressures."
Iranian Dena destroyer and Shahin minesweeper joined Iranian navy units in an online command of Iran's President Hassan Rouhani in the presence of Iran's Defense Minister Amir Hatami as well as other officials in Bandar Abbas, Southern Iran on Monday.
