Tehran(IP) - For the first time in the history of the Islamic Republic, three Iranian satellites were launched into space by the Iranian-made satellite carrier 'Simorgh'.

Iran Press/Iran news: The Simorgh satellite carrier, which was built by Iran's Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, successfully placed the Mahda satellite and two nanosatellites, Keyhan 2 and Hatef 1, from the Imam Khomeini (RA) base into an elliptical orbit with a minimum altitude of 450 km and a maximum altitude of 1100 km.

Mahda, Keyhan-2, and Hatef-1 were the satellites that were successfully put into the Earth's orbit as the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution's victory approaches.
