Iran Press/Iran News: “The United States is a clear manifestation of terrorism in the world and wherever ISIS terrorist groups find themselves in the bottlenecks, it [United States] supports them financially,” the Head of Iran's Passive Defense Organization Brigadier General Gholamreza Jalali said, Mehr News Agency reported.
General Jalali, made the remarks earlier the Friday prayers’ sermon on the occasion of anniversary of formation of Passive Defense Organization on Oct. 30, 2003.
"Today, people must understand situation of the country and should adopt decisive measures to foil threats waged by enemies against the Islamic Republic of Iran," the Head of Iran's Passive Defense Organization noted.
Turning to the triangle of Saudi Arabia, United States and Zionist regime, General Jalali said, “these three countries finance terrorists and provide them with weaponries."
"As a matter of fact, the United States is the main supporter and policy setter of terrorism and determines its' heinous policies in this regard," the Head of Iran's Passive Defense Organization added.
"Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei outlined the strategy of defending the country and foiling threats waged by enemies against Iran", General Jalali said.

“national sovereignty, government, people and national tolerance are the main elements of strategy of resistance against these threats which originated from the sublime thoughts of the late Imam Khomeini (RA),” the general added.
Elsewhere in his remarks, General Jalali termed unity and amity between government, leadership and the nation as 'very important' and emphasized, "relying upon the high potentials and capacities of the country is one of the main and basic principles of the passive defense which should be taken into serious consideration."
In conclusion, the head of the Passive Defense Organization said that people know the dignity and grandeur of security created in the country and stated, “syraization of the country is one of the main strategies taken by enemies against the country.”
In a meeting on Sunday with personnel, managers and head of the Organization of Passive Defense in Oct. 28, the Leader of the Islamic revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has emphasized that passive defense must be scientific, precise, comprehensive, serious and well-thought through.
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei referred to increasing importance of passive defense for the country, and the role of passive defense in countering renewed threats by the enemies, saying passive defense should prevent 'any sort of infiltration by the enemy'.
