Iran Press/ Asia: The international event took 7 days, wherein the best film, the best male actor, the actress, the best screenwriter, the best artistic contribution, the best children's film, the best documentary, and the best short film were selected and introduced.
In the festival, out of about 4,000 films, 24 films produced by filmmakers worldwide were selected to be judged.
Still, the virtual reality show (VR) was a new experience presented in the event besides the traditional experiences.
A jury consisted of 13 filmmakers from all over the world, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, who judged the 5th Hainan International Festival.
