Iran Press/ Iran News: Iranian researcher and UNESCO medal winner in Nanotechnology, Dr. Soodabeh Davaran is the Iranian professor who won the gold medal at the Teknofest 2023 festival.
She mainly focuses on drug delivery, nuclear chemistry, nanoparticle, nanotechnology, and chemical engineering as her research interests.
Iranian researcher, Davaran, is a member of the Faculty of Pharmacy, at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.
Her research project "Nanofibers containing antibiotic drugs and antimicrobial plant extracts for the treatment of antibiotic-resistant infectious wounds" brought her the gold medal of TEKNOFEST 2023, held in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Teknofest, officially known as Teknofest Aerospace and Technology Festival, is Türkiye's first and only aerospace and technology festival organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
The Aerospace and Technology Festival is held every year with the partnership of organizations, universities, and research centers.
Held at Atatürk Airport, TEKNOFEST 2023 festival hosted 32 booths representing more than 30 countries including Iran, Germany, France, Spain, South Korea, Russia, China, Portugal, and Romania.
