Iran Press/ Iran News: "Alireza Tangsiri", Commander of the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), on Wednesday at the ceremony of joining 188 UAVs and helicopters to the IRGC Navy, announced the observation of the American aircraft carrier fleet with domestic IRGC drones and added: In this observation, the aircraft carrier "Nimitz" along with escort ships including two destroyers 114 and 104, warships 58 and 59, two patrol ships 9 and 12 and a US Coast Guard submarine 1333, before entering the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf were identified.
Sardar Tangsiri added: All IRGC naval missions will be covered by domestic Iranian drones and this joining today, which included 188 domestic UAVs and helicopters to the IRGC Navy, will give the IRGC Navy a special capability to integrate naval and air missions.
The commander of the IRGC navy also stated: "Monitoring all naval movements in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz and the Sea of Oman will be possible with these drones and will greatly increase our capabilities."
